Jadwalik is an independent platform that helps students at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University build their schedules and keep track of their degree plans and their study day — from a phone, in Arabic and English. It works on the website and in the Telegram bot @JadwalikBot.
It started because arranging a schedule each term took longer than it should: open the master schedule, copy the times, work out the clashes by hand, then check again. Jadwalik puts that in one place.
From the master schedule published publicly on the university's website — information already available to everyone. Jadwalik reads it and presents it more conveniently. It never accesses any student account in university systems, and it never registers you in any course. Your personal schedule, plan and grades are entered by you; they do not come to us from the university.
Fully independent: Jadwalik is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University in any capacity. The university name is used only to describe the scope of the service. Actual course registration happens exclusively through the university's own systems.
Free period right now: every feature is open to everyone at no cost until we announce the launch of subscriptions. We will announce when it ends in the app and on Telegram well in advance, and you will never be charged without your consent.
| Plan | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Free, always | Two section watches, one schedule, Telegram alerts, the rest of the site, and the AI assistant's general tools |
| Term subscription | SAR 19 per term | Unlimited watches, watching every section of a course at once, 3 alternative schedules, and the full AI assistant with its personal tools |
| Emergency alert optional add-on | + SAR 15 per term | An alert that rings even when your phone is on silent; available with a term subscription only |
